A big welcome to Miles David and Alistair Mumford who were elected to our Board of Directors at our AGM on 22nd June.
Miles has spent 10 years in recruitment for the low carbon and sustainability industry and is a co-founder & Director of global recruitment, market intelligence and business development company Lewis Davey. Miles joins us as Business Development Director.
Alistair has been involved in the renewables sector for some time and works for Regen SW as sector lead for renewable heat. He has also been a director and co-founder of Topsham Ales and a Director for Co-cars, Exeter’s co-operative car club. He joins us as Policy and Development Director.
ECOE said our first farewells at our AGM in June to Jeff Ridley and Matthew Griffey with our appreciation for all they had done as founding directors and now we have another farewell ahead. Joe Smee will be leaving at the end of September as he’s moving to Glasgow. He’s been instrumental in all that ECOE has achieved and we’ll be sad to see him go.
We’re now looking for a Finance Director – someone with experience in strategic financial management – to join our Board. We’re also looking for help with marketing, social media and community engagement.
