- Our Retrofit Coordinator will discuss your future plans before completing detailed modelling of your property.
- A report will be provided, modelling 3 scenarios for your property.
- These scenarios will outline suitable measures, their approximate cost and disruption levels, as well as impact on carbon emissions and bills.
These plans usually cost between £650 and £1,100 (exc. VAT) depending on house size and complexity.

Additional surveys: Thermal Imaging Scans, Airtightness Tests and Cavity Wall inspections are also available costing £75 – £300 (exc. VAT) depending on survey type.
