New community loan investment opportunity
As you will have seen from the Solar PV 1 and 2 update, we will shortly need to raise the additional £70,000 that was required to complete all the installations. To minimise costs, rather than a further share offer, we will be seeking funding from loans. This opportunity will not be made public but will be offered by invitation to people who we know, and who know us, so that people providing loans will have an understanding of ECOE and the level of risk involved.

ECOE’s new database is now live and we have improved the websites security to protect personal information. You should have now received an email with a link for setting up a password to access your own profile on the database.
If you haven’t received this email you can set your password up by going to the website, click on ‘lost your password’ and follow the instructions.

EIS Certificates
We have now sent out EIS tax certificates to those members who have already let us know they want one. They are particularly relevant for people who want to make use of the 30% income tax relief. This can then be applied to your tax self assessment or PAYE and can be back dated to the previous year.
If you would like an EIS tax certificate and have not already received one please contact Peter. When you receive your certificate it explains the process of using it.
