With the government FiT review in Jan and planned reductions up to as high as 87%, we are now working against the clock to sign up as many sites as possible for Solar PV1
There are two ways of doing this
ECOE pre-registering the roof and as a community energy group we then have 12 months to install and commission at the current FiT level. However Pre-registration ends on OCT 1st, so only 10 days left.
ECOE fully installs and commission the system before Dec 31st.
As yet we don’t know what the business offer will be with the greatly reduced FiT rates from Jan 2016, but the option of a community fund will disappear or be very small.
So tell all of your contacts – local businesses and community organisations in Exeter, who have large roofs with potential for solar panels about ECOE’s offer – that now is the time to act and contact ECOE
