Solar Share Offer NOW CLOSED
We’re delighted to announce that as of Thursday November 26th we have received investment totalling £390,000 which means we have raised our entire target funds.
This is a huge success in such a short period – far more than we expected – and means that we’re now able to go ahead with completion of all of the Solar PV1 project plans. A second share offer was planned for the latter part of January. This will now no longer be required in order to fund Solar PV1.

We’re delighted to announce that as of Monday November 23rd we have received investment totalling a little over £200,000. This is a big success in such a short period and means that we’ve now received over half of the total investment needed for Solar PV1, £390,000.
This is great news of us, especially as work on the solar installation at Shillingford Organics and Wonford Community and Learning Centre is now completed.. That means 60kWp of solar functioning already, with two other major installations on target to be completed by the end of the year – Exeter Central Library and Great Moorhouse, both the property of Devon County Counci.
We still need your support to make this offer an even bigger success. That means:

Deadlines for Solar Share Offer
The deadlines for investment in the first ECOE Community Share Offer are approaching. The deadlines are:-
- November 23rd 2015 for Cheque payments
- November 26th 2015 for online payments
These dates should ensure your payments has reached our account. This is necessary for you to qualify for EIS Tax Relief (subject to individual eligibility). See here for more details on this.
The Share Offer document contains all the details you need to know about how to invest, anticipated returns, how your investment will be used and the community benefits to be generated by these installations.
