Exeter Community Energy (ECOE) will hold its Annual General Meeting on September 24 at the Exeter Community Centre and on Zoom, from 6:30-8pm. This is later in the year than usual because of the extra work that has gone into transitioning ECOE’s Healthy Homes and Retrofit activities to a charity, which you can read about here. Each year we approve the payment of the year’s interest payment at the AGM. The delay to the meeting will also delay this year’s interest payments.

We will review the year’s activities. The meeting will show how our fuel poverty work and solar PV installations help the community in Exeter and Devon. Also, we will discuss our new solar PV projects. We will formally elect four directors for the first time: Stephen Wood Peter Dempsey, James Rowan and Jen Cook.
