ECoE have closed our first share offer on November 26th 2015 after raising £390,000 to support installation of a portfolio of rooftop solar which will produce around 300kWp of energy for Exeter and East Devon. More details of the offer can be found here.
Investors in this offer are expected to receive a healthy financial return – we are targeting 5% interest on investment plus EIS relief – that is complemented by wider social and ecological benefits including creation of a community fund to support energy efficiency and fuel poverty projects.
