As a result of the further four installations completed in 2015, ECOE needs to raise a further £70,000.
The loan offer went live on Dec 12th and there’s been a good uptake. We have already received over £40,000 of the £70,000 that ECOE wants to raise. It will close on Jan 12th, so you have just under a week left.
We can now tell you that the loan offers 4% initially for a two year term. This may be extended for a further 2 years for approx £20,000 of the £70,000 total amount. Given how low interest rates are at the moment this opportunity could be good news for those of you who have savings and would like to invest in a community, low-carbon, cooperative organisation.
