Thanks to all of our supporters, members and volunteers who came along on June 7th for our interactive AGM. We started the evening with networking and refreshments – thanks Sonya and Stephens Scowns.
We were quorate and probably now realise we were only 25 maybe because not all of our members have been receiving ECOE communications. We are sorry about that and believe it is now fixed.
The directors presented the annual report with a power point and at key points we had lively Q and A sessions and conversation about key issuea and areas. We then worked thru the rest of our agenda – accepting the annual accounts and agreeing for them not to be audited and electing the three prospective directors who were standing for election.
